Responsibilities: The HR Account Manager will be accountable to provide operational HR advice for one of the businesses within Shell Canada organization. ? As a member of a business leadership team,will partner with the business to provide advice and support execution of global HR processes and policies. ? Support the delivery of the global HR Functional Plan ? General HR support and advice to in-country leaders as well as local leadership teams on wide range of people issues including hiring,developing and progressing our talent pipeline,resourcing positions,performance management,learning,organisational effectiveness,retention and motivation,leadership coaching and development. ? Application of Global HR processes and systems ? Support Employee Engagement and Employee Relations activities for the populations covered Requirements: As a large, multinational organization, and fully integrated energy company in Canada with the full range of oil and gas downstream and upstream operations, we can offer HRAM opportunities in a number of different businesses and locations. At this time, we are most interested in considering candidates able and willing to work at our Edmonton or Fort McMurray locations. Mobility within Canada, and overseas, will be a differentiating factor for the successful candidate/s. ? Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer. ? Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. ? Minimum of 5-10 years of Human Resources Generalist experience. ? Prior HR Generalist experience in a global organization (global experience preferred). ? Proven business partnering skills. ? Strong capability & future leadership potential. ? Ability to work and prioritize across multiple priorities and manage business relationships regionally & globally.
