In this role of Inside Sales Representative, you will be supporting customers that include small, medium, enterprise and government accounts. You will work closely with assigned Account Managers and all internal departments to ensure our customers' IT needs are met with consistently exceptional service and personal attention. Some of the primary functions of this role include the administrative, licensing, and sales support activities necessary to support the Software Licensing Services team. Specific Accountabilities: 1. Enter, record and track all client purchase orders and reconcile backorders 2. Answer and resolve client software licensing questions 3. Ensure the satisfaction of all customer concerns including resolving client issues regarding invoicing, defective products, or other items as they arise 4. Complete quotations for clients, and Acrodex account executives 5. Cold calling - New business development 6. Constant commitment to, and completion of, software licensing training 7. Continually seek new opportunities to build upon the existing client relationship 8. Develop and Maintain strong customer relationship 9. Understands and demonstrates the willingness to promote Acrodex's vision and values Qualifications (Education/Experience/Skills and Abilities) 1. Post- Secondary Education (Degree or Diploma) 2. Software Industry Experience a strong asset 3. Knowledge on Software Products an asset 4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skill 6. A team player, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment 7. Possesses strong relationship skills, ability to hunt new opportunities while managing and up-selling existing accounts.
